Linda Simpson has extensive experience navigating global, high-visibility environments, and spearheading change management and business transformation programs across diverse industries. A dynamic innovator leveraging expertise
in human capital management, continuous improvement, and strategic planning to stand up, scale, and stabilize mission-critical technology, performance management, talent, and employee experience solutions. Trusted advisor possessing a demonstrated commitment to stakeholder relationship building and personnel development that amplifies the impact of cross-functional teams. Collaborative leader championing value realization by managing strategic communications to secure buy-in, drive mission alignment, and enable organizational growth through the cultivation of a cohesive business philosophy.
For 20 + years operated as the Chief (Global) HR Leader, providing direction on all human capital initiatives in start-ups, scale-ups, and organizations in different stages of transformation, guiding organizational scaling and maturity.
Marion Anderson
Co-Founder & Fractional CPC Advisor
Marion Anderson Chartered MCIPD is a global executive-level People leader with a passion for tech and expertise in the start-up, scale-up world. For the last four years, she was the Global Vice President of People & Culture at Channel Bakers.
Her sector experience includes tech & SaaS, digital retail media & advertising, eCommerce, retail and hospitality, and working with self-funded, VC-backed, and public companies. . She has authentic global experience, has led vast multicultural teams, lived and worked in India, Kuwait, the UAE, and the UK, and is now permanently settled in the US.
After graduating with distinction from the MSc International HR Management program at Glasgow Caledonian University in 2014, she has returned to academia and is currently completing her Ph.D. Her research is focused on the intersection of company approaches to remote and hybrid working and how this might impact the psychological safety of the employee. She is becoming an expert in this new area of organizational knowledge and is often sought out by business leaders & and publications as an advisor and contributor.
